Hayabusa Pro Jiu Jitsu Gi

by Cody on March 10, 2011

After dominating the MMA gloves and gear niche for so long Hayabusa now took their very first step into the Jiu Jitsu world with this Hayabusa Pro Jiu Jitsu Gi.  This BJJ gi comes in white and rocks some tribal designs, similar to what you would find on the Hayabusa Mizuchi fight shorts.  This gi is crafted from triple weave ripstop fabric to make it super light, but also very strong.  There are too many features to list, so I will let MMAWarehouse do the talking for me:

  • Ultra lightweight
  • Preshrunk for an ideal fit
  • Triple reinforced stitching
  • Quick dry and fully breathable
  • Logo trim on jacket bottom
  • Logo patch on back and left collar
  • Shoulder to shoulder graphic detailing
  • Each gi is individually cut with an anatomically tailored multi-piece anterior and single back panel
  • First ever triple-weave ripstop fabric for superior strength and durability
  • Seamlessly integrated reinforced chest and collar panels for superior combat performance
  • Strategically structured free flex shoulder and back for unrestricted range of motion
  • Performance stretch inseam generates optimal flexibility and maximized leg and hip mobility
  • Includes a gi bag featuring a Hayabusa logo and kanji graphic
  • PURCHASE: Hayabusa Pro Jiu Jitsu Gi

This gi would look amazing if it didnt have the tribal throw up on it just the hayabusa logo’s and kanji …they should have done some design tests on there website let people vote or something .

I agree, I think the tribal is a bit much. I like the gi, but think something a bit more subtle would have worked much better.

minus that one detail and you got an amazing gi but still not worth 200
